Mark A. Keller – a graduate of University New Mexico School of Law in 1989, Mark Keller started out doing personal injury cases with attorney, Ron Morgan, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Wanting to get trial experience, he worked at the Law Offices of the Public Defender Department in both the misdemeanor and felony divisions. He has done numerous bench and jury trials in both Metropolitan and District Courts. He started his own law practice in July of 1994 and has been doing auto accident cases and criminal defense ever since.
Mr. Keller is a member the State Bar of New Mexico and is all licensed in all state Courts in New Mexico. He is also licensed in Federal Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. He is past president of the New Mexico State Bar Solo and Small Firm Division. His is in good standing with the State Bar of New Mexico. Even though it is not a requirement, Mr. Keller has always maintained malpractice insurance. Mark has attended the Nation Institute of Trial Advocacy in Colorado as well as the National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia. Mr. Keller is committed to perfecting his craft and being the best trail lawyer he can be.
Tom DeMartino – has been a practicing attorney for over 26 years. He is licensed in all State and Federal Courts. He has done jury trials in both District and Metropolitan Courts. He retired from the Public Defender’s Office and has been with the Keller Law Office ever since. He knows the Judges in both District and Metropolitan Courts. His experience is invaluable and his knowledge of the law is bar none. He has done numerous appeals and has argued in front of the Court of Appeals during the time that he was the head of the Appellate Division for the Albuquerque Public Defender’s Office. He is a very conscientious attorney and cares about his clients. Mr. DeMartino gets results.
Terri Keller – has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. She was a prosecutor for the State of New Mexico where she was in a number of different divisions: violent crimes, domestic violence, and property crimes. She was the lead attorney on numerous jury trials in State District Court. After retiring from the DA’s Office, she has been working non-stop with the Mark Keller Law Office. In addition to having done numerous jury trials in District Court, she has also done jury trials in Metropolitan Court. She is licensed in all Federal Courts as well. She enjoys going to trial and has read extensively about trial practice and jury trials.
